I generally do not have openings for requests, freelance commissions, or art trades unless otherwise stated somewhere on my social account(s) or in a Discord server channel.

I do not have a “blacklist” nor do I prevent “blacklisted” users from owning my character designs. I hold the right to refuse services to a user for any undisclosed reason, but anyone is allowed to own my created character designs should they attain it second-hand.

I understand I realistically cannot enforce my TOS vigilantly; therefore if I find a user disregarding/ abusing the TOS, I hold the right to refuse direct future service to that user.

Non-design related artworks created by me through commissions, art trades or gifts may be edited minimally.

Examples (but not all) of minimal edits include: filters, hue shifts, small detail additions.

Artworks created by me are intended to be used for personal purposes only. No commercial usage is permitted unless discussed beforehand.

Artworks created by me as gifts may not add monetary value to a character's overall monetary worth.

I generally do not offer refunds. Please consider your finances and financial situation with care before purchasing from me.

Payment plans may be installed for purchases greater than 200 USD.

A Toyhou.se account is not required to own a design made by me, but is recommended to be able to contact me the quickest.

Edits/ redesigns to purchased/ obtained characters created by me are permitted. Feel free to make any edits you want on purchased OCs from me, as long as there is a form of resemblance to the original design.

Strong Recommendation: Please keep the original design files of the edited character located somewhere on their profile for archival purposes and for any potential future owners.

Alternative forms created of my designs, such as a feral to humanoid form, humanoid to feral form, form changes, shapeshifting, etc., are permitted. Additionally, transferring my designs onto User-made species and ARPGs are permitted.

After purchasing/ obtaining a design/ character created by me, the owner is permitted to resell/ trade the character for any offer or currency.

The only exception to rule 7 are OCs that have been obtained via gift or raffle. Please add personal or commissioned artwork to add monetary value to free, gifted or raffled characters.

Commercial usage of my designs is not permitted. Please contact me about commercial usage. Adoptable characters/ designs created by me are sold with the purpose of personal use only.

Harmful content, including hateful, discriminatory, and problematic imagery depicted through my sold designs with the intent of disparaging people or glorifying harmful topics is not encouraged and not an endorsement of me nor my artwork.
